GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CONTRACT
Classnatura-Classurban, SL (hereinafter “the Company”), with registered office at C/ Fernando VI 29, 28004 Madrid, and CIF B-85526234, registered in the Madrid Commercial Registry, Volume 26052, Folio 1, Section 8, Sheet M-469583, is the owner of this website: www.classnatura.com. It makes the website available to Internet users to provide information, services, and reservations for the listed accommodations. By making a reservation through this website, you and your companions expressly accept these terms and conditions.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a booking, use the search form and select the check-in and check-out dates, as well as the holiday location. The system will display available accommodations with the calculated price, which you can book directly online. On some dates and for certain accommodations, minimum stays or specific check-in and check-out days may apply. The system will notify you in such cases, and the booking cannot continue without adjusting the dates. To confirm your request, a deposit (booking confirmation deposit) must be paid. Once the deposit is received, you will receive the booking voucher by e-mail, indicating the contact details of the reception office for key collection. The reception office is always located at the destination, but not necessarily in the same town; it may be in a nearby town. You must print and keep this voucher for presentation at the reception office. The remaining balance must, in some cases, be paid up to 42 days before arrival via bank transfer or directly at the tourist company on the day of check-in and key delivery. We reserve the right to cancel your request before issuing the voucher and/or if the deposit or proof of payment is not received within the period indicated in the booking instructions. In this case, any amount already paid will be refunded immediately.

PRICE INCLUDES
The price is per stay and accommodation. Includes VAT and other applicable taxes. Normal consumption of water, gas, and electricity (unless otherwise specified in the accommodation description; see expenses to be paid at the destination). Bed linen and towels (unless otherwise specified in the accommodation description). Kitchen utensils, crockery, and equipment necessary for living in the house. In some cases, the final price may be adjusted according to the applicable VAT at the time of invoice issuance.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
Extras such as cots, baby chairs, or additional services, which must be contracted and paid at the time of booking. The security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs within the stipulated period (see security deposit).

PAYMENT METHODS
The booking system will offer the available payment options. Normally, a proportional part of the total booking amount will be requested at the time of booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer to the account number indicated upon confirmation. In this case, the booking will remain in “pre-booking” status for up to 7 days until the transfer proof is received. If proof is not received, the booking will be canceled after 7 days. Payment by credit card results in immediate booking once the transaction is confirmed.

DESCRIPTIONS, PHOTOS, AND SERVICES
We strive to provide quality information. Photos and descriptions provided by the companies are periodically reviewed. However, differences in furniture or interiors may exist. For apartments, they refer to standard apartments; furniture, size, room layout, views, and terraces may vary depending on the specific apartment assigned on arrival. Certain services such as pools, saunas, sports facilities, restaurants, etc., may be temporarily unavailable due to the season or maintenance.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Company may request a security deposit at the time of booking or key delivery for possible damage to the accommodation. The amount varies depending on the accommodation and is indicated in its description. It will be fully refunded after check-out within a maximum of 15 days, provided no damage has occurred. The deposit can be made via bank transfer, cash, credit card guarantee, or charged to a credit card; the payment method depends on the reception office at the destination. YOUR ACCOMMODATION
The number of occupants must not exceed the indicated capacity, except for babies (under three years). The Company may refuse entry to unauthorized persons, with no claim allowed (see accommodation description). Parties not previously notified and authorized by the Company are not allowed. Pets are only permitted if explicitly stated in the accommodation description. Violation may result in eviction without compensation. You agree to keep the accommodation clean, tidy, and in the condition it was delivered. You also agree to follow the usage and maintenance instructions and to respect local regulations regarding noise, garbage disposal, water and electricity consumption, etc. Violation authorizes the Company to evict the property without compensation and to charge damages, which may be deducted from the security deposit.

KEY COLLECTION AND CHECK-OUT
Key collection will take place at the address and date indicated in the booking voucher. Check-in times vary by season and reception office. During high season, key collection is usually between 17:00 and 20:00. Low season is more flexible, but always contact the reception. (See accommodation description.) Arrivals outside these hours, on holidays or Sundays, require contacting reception to arrange key delivery. Off-hour arrivals may incur extra costs. In some cases, full payment of the booking via bank transfer or credit card is required for off-hour collection. Failure to do so may prevent occupancy. Check-out must be before 10:00. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS BY THE CLIENT
Cancellation or modification must be communicated as soon as possible to the e-mail or postal address on the voucher. Cancellation may incur penalties depending on the tourist company. Standard penalties:

If, due to unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the Company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the Company will notify you as soon as possible and attempt to provide an alternative accommodation of equal or superior characteristics. If not possible or not accepted, the booking will be canceled, and all amounts paid will be refunded immediately. No further claims will be accepted. No refunds if services are voluntarily canceled before the stay.

INCIDENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The client must report any incidents directly to the tourist company within 48 hours from check-in. The company will attempt to resolve the issue promptly. If unresolved to your satisfaction, notify by certified mail within 1 week from check-out.

DISCLAIMER
The Company is not responsible, by way of example and not limitation, for: a) system failures, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions, or disconnections in the electronic booking system caused by third parties, which prevent or delay services or navigation; b) incidents in the accommodation during the client’s stay due to misuse. The Company will intervene as far as possible.

DATA PROTECTION
Contact or booking forms are incorporated into a file owned by Classnatura-Classurban SL. Data is collected and processed for administrative management, maintenance of commercial relationships, and keeping you informed of new services and offers. The Company guarantees adequate security measures. You may exercise rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection by sending a written request with ID to info@classnatura.com or by post to Classnatura, C/ Fernando VI 29, 28004 Madrid. Data will not be shared with third parties, except as legally required or necessary to provide the service.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of Madrid for dispute resolution.
