Our spacious villa of 313 m², located on the first line of Migjorn beach, is designed to offer maximum comfort and style. With capacity for 8 people in 4 elegant bedrooms, it is the perfect refuge in Formentera.

• Living Room: A cosy space with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
• Kitchen: Independent and fully equipped to prepare delicious meals.
• Bedrooms: 4 elegant bedrooms for a restorative rest.
• Air Conditioning: Air conditioning available in the living room and in the main suite-type bedroom. The rest of the rooms have ceiling fans to keep the environment fresh.

Beautiful Beach House with Fantastic Outside Patio

This is a beautiful, very comfortable house. Five of us rented it for a week and loved it. As for location, the house is off a gravel road a mileso from the main road so it feels secluded, with only the occasional beachgoer walking anywhere nearby. Bsee more
This is a beautiful, very comfortable house. Five of us rented it for a week and loved it. As for location, the house is off a gravel road a mileso from the main road so it feels secluded, with only the occasional beachgoer walking anywhere nearby. Best of all, the house has direct, private access to the beach. It’s only about 30 meters from Migjorn Beach, a clothing optional / nude beach (just about all the beaches on Formentera are clothing optional / nude beaches). Because there were so few people on the beach (even in July), we felt like we had our own private beach and spent much of our time on the island just hanging outswimming there. The beach is fine sand with some rocky areas in the water and is great for long walks. As for the house, it has a large outdoor patio with a large dining table and lounges. We spent most of our time at the house just eatingdrinking wine on that patio. Inside, the bedrooms are standard with only the master having air conditioning (the lack of air conditioning in the other bedrooms was alleviated by fans). The two bathrooms are European-style with tubs / no shower curtains. There’s also a well-stocked kitchen (including a dishwasher!), which we used for breakfast everyday, good WIFI, and a nice living room. When we go to Formentera (this was our 4th trip!), we are looking for an outdoorsy, beach experience, where you keep the windows open to listen to the sea. This house was perfect for a true Formentera experience, and the five of us all said that we’d definitely rent the house again. Finally, I should say something about how great the owner/management of the house was. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. For example, even though our flight was delayed so that we didn’t arrive until 1:30 am, we were met at the ferry port by the owner of the house, who personally took us to the house. There’s also a property manager, who helped us with everything from groceries to the outdoor shower, and he keeps everything well-maintained. In sum, we highly recommend the house!

Todo está perfectamente cuidado al detalle y la atención de Margarita es perfecta. Volveríamos una y mil veces. Altamente recomendable si quieres tener unos dias perfectos, cómodos y en un enclave ideal y de lujo para descansar y disfrutar de la isla que es un auténtico paraíso.

El equipo de Classnatura ha sido muy cordial, amable y flexible con nuestras peticiones y necesidades. La llegada a la casa ha sido muy fácil, estuvieron muy pendientes y a nuestra disposición durante toda la estancia. La casa estaba en perfecto estado, limpia, acondicionada, bien equipada, tiene todo lo que alguien puede necesitar en Formentera. Las vistas son increíbles y el jardín está cuidado con un gusto magnífico que valoramos especialmente. Esperamos poder regresar, ha sido una estancia increíble, de 10. ¡¡Muchísimas gracias!!
