Is the owner of the website:, and provides this for the use by Internet users, with the aim of giving information, services and reservations regarding the lodgings shown in the website. When booking through this website, you and your companion accept the following booking conditions.

The stay in the accommodations may be different depending on the season, usually in high season the arrival and the departure dates are on Saturday and in low season the system allows shorter stays with flexible arrivals and departures (Check it on the lodging description). To confirm the pre-booking you must pay in advance, the percentage must change depending on the season and the lodging. (Check it on the lodging description) After 24/48 hours from the payment in advance you will receive an email with the booking voucher where is indicated the details of the Company where to pick up the keys. The remaining amount will be paid to the Company on the arrival date and with the handing over the keys. In other situations it must be done by bank transfer till 42 days before the arrival date. We reserve the right to cancel your pre-booking before sending the voucher if we don´t receive the payment in advance or the proof of payment within a period of 3 days. In this case, any amount already paid will be refunded immediately.

Accommodation costs. VAT and any other applicable taxes. Normal consumption of water, gas and electricity (unless stated, otherwise check it on the optional services to pay on the arrival ). Bed linen and towels (unless stated otherwise). Kitchen utensils, plates and any other items required for the stay. In some cases the final price can be depending on the current VAT in the moment of the issue the bill.


Extras, such as cradles, highchairs or additional services, must be contracted and paid it on the arrival. The refundable deposit fee will be refund at the end of the stay, only if there is not any damage in the property.


The booking system will provide different payment methods when available. Normally at the booking moment, guests will be asked to pay a proportional part of the total booking fee. When choosing "bank transfer" as payment method, the system will provide the company's bank data once the reservation is confirmed. In that case, the reservation will remain as "prerreservation" for 7 days or until the proof of payment is received. Otherwise, after 7 days the reservation will be cancelled. When choosing credit card as payment method, when available, the reservation will be immediately confirmed once the payment is accepted.

We make every effort to provide reliable information. The photos and descriptions provided by the Companies are reviewed periodically. Nevertheless there might be differences in the interiors and/or furnishing to those featured in the photos. The apartments featured by the Companies are standard examples and might differ from the actual apartments assigned to the guests on arrival in terms of interiors and/or furnishing, size and shape of the rooms, balconies or views from the apartment. Certain services, such as swimming pools, saunas, sports facilities, restaurants, etc., may be temporarily closed for annual breaks or repair work. This shall not give rise to the right to compensation or claims.

The company has the right to demand a deposit to ensure against any damage to the accommodation when booking o when the keys are handed over. The amount deposit depends on the lodge and it is indicated on the description of it. This will be refunded after the departure day in a maximum of 15 days, if there is not any damage. The deposit payment can be through bank transfer, cash, keeping the credit card number or charge it on it. The payment will depend on the company (check it on the accommodation description).

The number of guests must not exceed the capacity indicated in the booking and accommodation description (excluding infants under two years old). The Company can refuse entrance to unauthorised guests, without any claim. Parties are not allowed without the previous notification and acceptance by the Company. Likewise, pets are allowed only if this is indicated on the description of the accommodation. If this rule is violated, the Company may demand that guests vacate the accommodation, without this giving rise to any form of compensation. The stay in the lodging with a pet can have an extra, check it on the accommodation description. Guests must maintain the accommodation clean and tidy and in the same condition which they found it. Likewise, they must follow the guidelines for use and maintenance as indicated by the Company and respect the regulations in terms of noise, rubbish collection, water consumption, etc. Breach of these regulations shall give the Company the right to demand that Guests vacate the accommodation, without any kind of compensation and the amount for damage caused will be withheld from the deposit.

The keys have to be collected at the place and time indicated on the booking confirmation. It may be different depending on the season and the company. In high season the keys must be pick up on the arrival between 17.00 and 20.00 PM. In low season the timetable is more flexible and you need to contact with the Company (Check it on the lodging description). Should the guests be arriving at any other time, on a bank holiday or a Sunday, they should contact the Company to arrange the key collection. The arrival out of schedule may have an extra cost. In some cases to pick up the keys out of schedule is compulsory to pay the total amount of the booking by bank transfer or by credit card at the Company. If guests not do it, they may not be able to get into the accommodation the day of arrival. Guests must depart before 10 AM. (Check it on the lodging description)

Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request. You will be liable to pay the cancellation or amendment charges shown below.  a) More than one month before the arrival date = 10% of the booking price. b) Between one month and one week before arrival date = 30% of the booking price. c) Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.

If the booking has to be cancelled for any unforeseen reasons beyond the control of the Company, the Company shall inform the Guests of this eventuality as soon as possible and attempt to find an alternative, providing Guests with accommodation of equal or superior characteristics. If the before mentioned alternative would not be possible or the Guests not accept this change, the booking shall be cancelled and any amount that has been paid will be refunded immediately. Would not be accepted later claims from the Guests in these situations. There shall be no refund if guests voluntarily cease to use the services before the end of their stay.

Any incident involving the accommodation should be communicated directly to the Company within 48 hours of arrival. The Company shall attempt to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If, despite everything, the problem is not resolved satisfactorily, Guests should notify the Company by certified mail within a week of the day of departure.

The Company shall not be held responsible for, including, but not limited to, the following:a) Interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns and/or disconnections affecting the operation of this electronic booking service deriving from causes beyond the control thereof that might impede or delay provision of services or navigation on the system. b) Incidences, during the stay, dues to the inappropriate use by the guest. Although it will mediate as far as possible to solve it.

The personal data provided by users in the contact form and/or booking form shall be included in the database of Classnatura-Classurban, SL and if it is necessary to manage the reservation, to another file owned by the Tourist Company. The data is used for administrative management of the service requested and may be used for sales or marketing purposes in order to keep customers informed of new services and offers. In compliance with the relevant regulations, the Company guarantees that has taken the technical measures necessary to maintain the privacy of any data of this nature that is handled by it.
